We have chartered buses to travel to the Brigham Young University-Idaho campus in Rexburg, Idaho to watch the total solar eclipse. For those of you interested in arriving early to CALCON and attending this event, here are the details:

Note: We will be on the grounds of the Rexburg Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and BYU-Idaho campus, a smoke-free, alcohol-free zone.
Workshop registration includes:
- Workshop admission
- Program materials
- Tuesday lunch
The program includes a restricted session for US Department of Defense (DoD) government programs and associated contractors to present protected information and interact with peers in the EO calibration community.
Attendees of and presenters in the Restricted Session will be required to pay additional registration fees and provide the appropriate documentation.

Documentation will be based on the distribution level of the presentations selected.
Refunds will be made to those registrants who cancel, less a $50 processing fee. A written cancellation request must be received by August 1, 2017. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions will be accepted through the time of on-site registration.
The Utah State University Research Foundation reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.
Student Rate Eligibility
The student registration rate applies to individuals who are enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Those who are employed full-time and are taking courses are not eligible for this rate. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, please contact Stephanie Halton.
On-site registration will be held on Tuesday, August 22 from 8:00 to 8:30 am for those attending the Pre-Meeting Workshop. Other meeting registrants can register from 12:00 to 1:15 pm on Monday or upon arrival any time during the week. Registration will be held in the lobby of the Eccles Conference Center on the campus of Utah State University.
Food substitutions can be made for those with special dietary needs. If you or your guest has unique dietary requirements, please provide details on the registration form or attach a separate sheet. It is important that we know in advance (before the meeting begins) in order to make the necessary menu adjustments.
