Registration Add-on
Restricted Session
The program includes a restricted session for US Department of Defense (DoD) government programs and associated contractors to present protected information and interact with peers in the EO calibration community.
Attendees of and presenters in the Restricted Session will be required to pay additional registration fees and provide the appropriate documentation.
Verification forms are due to SDL Security no later than May 25, 2023. Photo identification will be required upon check-in.
Participation in this session will require separate registration as well as the appropriate documentation for each individual presenter and attendee.

Documentation will be based on the distribution level of the presentations selected.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made to those registrants who cancel, less a $50 processing fee. A written cancellation request must be received by May 29, 2023. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions will be accepted through the time of on-site registration.
The Space Dynamics Laboratory reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.
Student Rate Eligibility
The student registration rate applies to individuals who are enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Those who are employed full-time and are taking courses are not eligible for this rate. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, please contact Stephanie Halton.
On-site Registration
On-site registration will be held on Monday, June 12 from 8:00 to 8:30 am for those attending the Pre-Meeting Workshop. Other meeting registrants can register from 12:00 to 1:15 pm on Monday or upon arrival any time during the week. Registration will be held in the lobby of the Bennett Laboratory, King Auditorium at the Space Dynamics Laboratory.
Dietary Request
Food substitutions can be made for those with special dietary needs. If you or your guest has unique dietary requirements, please provide details on the registration form or attach a separate sheet. It is important that we know in advance (before the meeting begins) to make the necessary menu adjustments.
Persons with Disabilities
Reasonable accommodation is available for persons with disabilities. If you have special needs, please provide the necessary information on the registration form. Ten working days' notice is needed to prepare materials and services.
Photography and Videography Notice
Please note that by attending the Characterization and Radiometric Calibration for Remote Sensing Annual Meeting (CALCON Technical Meeting) you may be the subject of still photography or videography which is used by the Space Dynamics Laboratory, its public relations agency or contracted agents for purposes of promoting CALCON. By attending, you agree to grant CALCON, the Space Dynamics Laboratory, its agents and exhibitors the right to use your likeness in any photographic or video coverage of the event including exhibitors' or sponsors' activities.
